Common questions

Do I need Apple Music or Spotify? Either works, or neither. Connect Apple Music and DROP learns your taste from your library. On Spotify, name a few favorite artists instead — albums open right in Spotify.

Where does my next album come from? A new drop lands every day at midnight. Each card shows the reason it was chosen for you.

I rated by accident. Tap "Remove rating" under the stars — it clears the rating and unlocks the day.

How do I get my journal out? Profile → "Export listening journal" gives you the whole thing as a formatted file.

How do I delete my data? Profile → "Erase all data" removes everything from your device and your iCloud. There's no account and no server, so that's genuinely everything. See the privacy policy for details.
